We have called Rapid Response twice in a year, once for a A/C cooling issue and again for a heating issue. The team at Rapid (especially Jack) are awesome. I called them on one of Nashville's hottest days, after calling several other companies. Each company called gave me a service date a week or more from the call. Rapid Response came out the day of the call, assessed the situation, discussed the options for repair vs purchasing a new unit. We chose to install a new unit; service started the next day. Jack Carr, salesperson was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and patient in explaining all charges, and written contract detailing everything. The installers were also prompt, professional and cleaned the area on completion. Mr Carr personally inspected the finished product to be sure that we were satisfied.
