Rapid Response HVAC has repeatedly saved the day since we started using them in 2020. We’ve had several repairs where they arrived within 24 hours of calling if not sooner, getting us back up and running and either warmed up or cooled back down quicker than anywhere else we’ve lived. This spring we ended up needing a new unit and the owner had it replaced and running in 12 hours. They’re honest, trustworthy, and definitely respectful of your time! Came home Friday evening to a cold house with no heat and it was freezing outside. Made a few phone calls with no help and then called Rapid Response and talked to Robert. They had a service technician out to the house Friday night to look at the system within a couple hours of my call. Found that the system was in bad shape so a decision was made to replace the entire unit. They came the next morning and had a new heat pack installed in 2 hours. Was able to watch football that afternoon in a warm house! Great service and highly recommend calling Rapid Response.

Rapid Response saved the day! My AC went out Thursday and I had a party planned the next day. They came out that same night I called and had the unit completely replaced the next day with plenty of time to cool the house before the party. Literally saved the day. So happy with the service!

We can't say enough about Rapid Response Heating and Cooling. Our heat went out and they were here the day after we called. They gave us the option of repairing, but we decided to replace the HVAC system. The crew that did the install were fast, clean, and did a great job. We have called Rapid Response twice in a year, once for a A/C cooling issue and again for a heating issue. The team at Rapid (especially Jack) are awesome. They came when they said they would and showed us exactly what was wrong. Gave us various options to fix the issue. I called them on one of Nashville's hottest days, after calling several other companies. Each company called gave me a service date a week or more from the call. Rapid Response came out the day of the call, assessed the situation, discussed the options for repair vs purchasing a new unit. We chose to install a new unit; service started the next day. Jack Carr, salesperson was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and patient in explaining all charges, and written contract detailing everything. The installers were also prompt, professional and cleaned the area on completion. Mr Carr personally inspected the finished product to be sure that we were satisfied. Awesome experience working with T&C/Rapid Response. They did a full repipe in my home in about two days. Hunter was very knowledgeable and helpful. Recommend these guys for all your plumbing needs. Will definitely plan on having them back next time I need plumbing work.
